Overview

Board view is a Kanban Board with extended features and advanced options such as column grouping by various fields including status, assignee, and Action Required user, support for subprojects, customizable card sizes, foldable columns and rows and much more

Key Features

Advanced Grouping & Custom Swimlanes

The matrix view enables a completely new level of project management experience. You can create your own board by choosing the values for its rows and columns. You can track task statuses by assignee or priorities, whatever works best for you.

Card Fields & Color Coding

Under the Card Fields settings, make adjustments to the standard card view for a tailored experience with the view. You can manage card fields, sizes, background color, card color coding and more.

Project Hierarchy Support

You can view all subprojects and their tasks in a tree-like hierarchy with folding options and drag and drop support. Display only what you need to see with the Show / Hide subfolder tasks option.

Column/Rows Folding

Use column/row folding option to easily view and manage complex projects with a large number of tasks.

If you need more space for your data columns or are running GoodDay on a smaller display, use full screen mode to hide navigation elements and display only the Task List

Drag & Drop

Use drag & drop to order tasks, move them between columns to update status, assignee, etc. or even to move tasks between projects

Save as

Save all the setups you have made as a default view or create a new project view.

Collapse/Expand All

Collapse & Expand tasks It s suitable for projects overloaded with tasks. Clear the view by collapsing all the tasks and expanding only the needed rows.
