It provides full access to all functionality and content available in the web version, packaged in a stable, standalone client designed for continuous daily use. The application is optimized for speed and responsiveness, offering faster startup, smoother handling of large datasets, and improved overall performance during intensive operations.
This release also introduces multi-tab support and enhanced navigation controls, enabling users to keep multiple views open at once and move between tasks, projects, and reports more efficiently. The desktop client maintains complete parity with the web experience while providing the convenience, stability, and performance advantages of a native application.

The desktop application now supports opening GoodDay links directly in the client. When enabled, any GoodDay URL launched from a browser, email, or external application will automatically open in the desktop app, providing a faster and more seamless transition into the workspace. Users can activate this option in My Account → Desktop App, ensuring that all project, task, and workspace links consistently open in the preferred environment.
