Checklist View NEW

Checklist View is a new type of view that can be created within your workspace structure or added to any project. It allows you to build and manage checklists and to-do lists without creating full tasks, providing a more lightweight way to work with lists of items.

It is designed for tracking items such as process steps, internal checklists, routines, or general lists where detailed task management is not required. This makes it a practical option when you need structure and visibility, but not the overhead of full task workflows.

Checklist items can be assigned to team members, providing clear ownership, and can include due dates to define timing and expectations—making it easier to track progress, coordinate responsibilities, and ensure items are completed on time without requiring full task management.

Notes

Each checklist item can include notes, allowing you to capture additional details, context, or instructions directly within the item. This keeps relevant information in one place and makes checklist-based tracking more practical.

Assigned checklist items are automatically added to My Work as individual entries for each assignee. This ensures that checklist responsibilities are visible alongside tasks, making it easier for users to track what they need to complete and keep all assigned work in one place.
