Overview
The Chatroom module allows creating personal, group, and project chat rooms in GoodDay. It is not meant to replace other forms of communication but provides the advanced chat room functionality integrated with other GoodDay modules and work items.
Direct chat
The Direct Chat is used for communicating with only one other person. This is useful if you work on a task with another person and are looking for a way to talk with them online quickly and efficiently.
Group chat
A Group Chat is similar to a direct chat, except it allows you to communicate with multiple users at once. This type of chat is useful when collaborating on a task with a larger group of people.
Project chat
The Project Chat shares all of the functionality of a Group Chat, but it is linked to a project.
