Task Import IMPROVEMENTS

The updated task import module introduces significant enhancements for seamlessly transferring tasks and projects into GoodDay. This latest version now features dynamic field mapping, allowing users to map CSV columns to their corresponding fields in GoodDay. Moreover, users can import subtasks and dependencies by selecting a task reference field, specify the CSV separators format and more. These improvements collectively contribute to a more efficient and versatile task import experience within GoodDay.

Cascade Automations NEW

The Cascade Automation option elevates the sophistication of your automated processes. Now, one automated action seamlessly triggers another automation, facilitating the streamlining of intricate workflows. This feature eliminates unnecessary routine, ensuring a more user-friendly and efficient experience.

Estimated Cost fields NEW

We are pleased to announce the addition of two new system fields for finances: Estimated Labor Costs and Estimated Services Costs. These fields empower you to calculate expenses by leveraging task estimation and the assignee's rate (estimate cost = assignee rate * task estimate).

Bulk CRM Update IMPROVEMENTS

The bulk edit options have been expanded to seamlessly update CRM fields. This improvement enhances the efficiency of managing your data, providing more control over CRM information through batch editing capabilities.
